I just read the Medscape‘s Top 10 articles read by pharmacists in 2010. One of them is about CINODS as an alternative to traditional NSAIDS. CINODS stands for COX inhibiting NO Donators. Being that these are NO donators, I am not surprised they reduce BP by 2-3 mm Hg. What I am curious about are the other side effects. A combination analgesic and antihypertensive? Interesting, certainly.
